To use this script all you have to do is have the letters REQUIRED in the name of the things you want to be required. An example name could be NAMEREQUIRED, or REQUIREDADDRESS, or even SSREQUIREDYES. The things I am talking about are in the BODY of the document, not the HEAD. Only the stuff in your form will need to be changed to fit your needs.

Example: <input type="text" name="requiredemail">
